FAQ

Question not here? Go to the docs or community pages.

What is Tunnlink?

Tunnlink is a tool that lets you access your local or LAN-hosted websites from anywhere - securely, with zero router configuration.

How does it work?

Tunnlink opens an encrypted tunnel from your device to the cloud. You get a temporary or custom subdomain (e.g. myapp.tunnlink.dev) that forwards traffic to your local server.

Can I protect my tunnels with a password?

Yes. Tunnlink includes built-in password protection for your tunnels, so only users with the correct password can access your exposed site.

Do tunnels stay alive 24/7?

Currently, tunnels are session-based. Always-on tunnels and background services are in development.
